ALL TEMP ENGINEERING.. field serivce training

it's true... all temp engineering is really the best Field service trained group of ?? .. on the west coast .. and maybe .. in all of San Jose..

WHY :

well 2 reasons come to mind... they all have experience with working at or with

THERMOTRON FORMER EMPLOYEE'S

AND ... because mitch kerr (service manager) and John Dane.. CeO...

Both .. have experience working with Bob Wiley...thermotron National Service Manager..

and got their training with .. John TenBrink... Thomas Bannach... Tom patterson...

Mike Barrs..and the long term... DEAN TRIPP... former sales man.. service manager.. and SENIOR Field SERVICE Engineer.... WOw... and finally... HIL SYSBESMA...

So.... Mitch Kerr .... and John Dane.. both got trained.. and understand .. how not 2 do it...

really they .. got their .. training at ENSECO.... ther u really had to try to fix the equipment..

where as at THERMOTRON your job as defined by the above thermotron GANG..

was to CONVINCE the customer 2 sign off on the equipment..

and then tell them... Thermotron will cover it under warrenty
